1. What RoleNudge provides

RoleNudge provides tools for creating portfolios and resumes, managing career information, reviewing job descriptions and requesting AI-assisted suggestions. RoleNudge is not an employer or recruitment agency and does not guarantee interviews, employment or any particular applicant tracking system result.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized activity. You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your country of residence. If you are under the age of legal majority, use RoleNudge only with any consent required by applicable law.

3. Free and paid features

RoleNudge may offer free tools and paid subscription features. Current plan descriptions and checkout screens indicate the features, limits, prices and billing intervals available at the time of purchase.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle. Applicable prices, taxes, billing intervals and renewal conditions are presented during checkout. Paid features depend on verified subscription status and applicable entitlements.

Refund policy: Once a payment has been successfully processed, RoleNudge does not voluntarily provide refunds for subscription payments or renewals. This does not affect non-waivable consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights or refunds that Paddle may provide under its applicable buyer terms and refund policy. Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout. You can review Paddle's Refund Policy and request eligible refunds through Paddle Buyer Support.

Cancellation: You can cancel a subscription through Paddle's customer portal using the link in your purchase confirmation or billing management flow. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops future renewals. Cancelling does not itself refund an already processed payment.

5. AI results and professional accuracy

AI-assisted content is provided as a drafting and analysis aid. It may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must verify work experience, qualifications, skills, achievements and other claims before using generated content in job applications or public profiles.

6. Your content

You retain rights in the original content you submit, subject to third-party rights. You authorize RoleNudge to store, process, transform and display your content as needed to provide the features you request, including publication when you choose to publish a portfolio.

Do not submit material you lack permission to use, including confidential employer records or another person's personal data.

7. Public portfolios

Public portfolios may be viewed and shared by others. You control what information you choose to publish, subject to the platform's supported settings. Avoid including information you would not want publicly accessible.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious or unlawful materials, circumvent plan limits or security controls, interfere with service availability, or infringe another person's rights.

9. Our intellectual property

RoleNudge software, branding, interfaces and original templates remain the property of their respective owners. You may use your own exported resume and portfolio content for lawful personal or professional purposes, subject to third-party rights.

10. Availability and changes

Features may change and services may be interrupted by maintenance, outages or third-party failures. Applicable contractual commitments and consumer protections remain in effect for paying customers.

11. Suspension and account closure

RoleNudge may limit access when reasonably necessary to address security incidents, serious misuse or billing issues, subject to applicable law. Account closure and related data requests are addressed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Liability and disclaimers

RoleNudge offers career preparation tools, not employment guarantees. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential losses may be limited. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection law. Payment transactions processed by Paddle are also subject to its applicable buyer terms.

14. Changes to these terms

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
